Wrong size or the product is not right for you?
You can request a return or size exchange for unworn, unaltered items with all original tags and seals within 14 days of delivery, at no additional cost.

Inside the package you received, you will find:

• a prepaid return label

• the return form to be filled out

What to do:

1. Fill out the return form, indicating:

   • your order number

   • whether you prefer a refund or a size exchange

   • the items you are returning

2. Place the completed form inside the package along with the items.

3. Schedule the pickup with the courier indicated on the prepaid return label.

Once we receive and verify the returned items, we will proceed with:

• Refund: within 5–7 business days

• Size exchange: shipping of the new item within 2 business days
